In order to use this website or service, you must accept the separate Terms and Conditions set out in the Privacy Policy, which is included here for reference. By answering the question(s), you understand and agree that you are submitting a loan request to Site and to each participating lender to which Site applies for a loan. By answering questions, you send Site and each participating lender with whom Site shares your information direct invitations to contact you by any means (including email, telephone and direct mail, and other possible means of communication) so that they can assist you with your request or provide you with information about additional offers that may be of interest to you. Participating lenders who receive your information from Site will review your information to determine if your information meets the lender's eligibility criteria. Participating lenders can: Verify your ID number, do a credit check, and view information in a national database that tracks consumer transactions with credit unions. By submitting your question(s) and clicking the "More Information" button, you agree to allow participating lenders to view, verify and research your information in this manner. If a participating lender determines that your information meets the eligibility criteria for a loan, they will contact you directly. You understand and agree that once you have been redirected to the lender's website, Site will no longer be involved in the loan application or approval process. Your future interactions with a lender are governed by the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and other policies and/or terms and conditions set by that lender. Site is not a lender and does not make credit or credit decisions with respect to its loan settlement services. Site does not guarantee acceptance of any particular lending program or particular loan terms with any participating lending company. Site does not warrant that the prices, products, availability, fees, commissions or other credit terms offered by participating lenders and available through the credit approval service are the best available on the market. Site does not endorse or endorse any particular loan company's products. Site is not your agent or lender. Site is not involved in the use and/or verification of your information by lenders or in determining whether you qualify for a loan from a particular lender. The lender is solely responsible for its services to you and you agree that Site shall not be liable for any loss or expense of any kind arising out of or in any way in connection with your use of the credit adjustment service. You understand that participating lenders may retain your information regardless of your eligibility to receive credit from them. 2. CONTROL FUNCTIONS

Site may deny you access to all or part of the Services without prior notice if your conduct or activity, which Site determines in its sole discretion, violates these Terms and the rights of Site or any third party, or is otherwise inappropriate. Site is not responsible for any errors or delays in the provision of lending services due to errors in the information you provide to us, or due to technical problems beyond our legal control, our agent.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
